Attendee's: Steve, Tamar, Melissa, Ron, Meredith, Jessie
Pic frames are built
Need to get key from Michael so we can hang.
Discussed hanging with tie line (vs air craft cable or monofilament)
What people/images in frames, when
Action item: Steve/Ron figure that out soonish
Discussed trying to use the projector, but not just because we have it. Want it to be effective. Drop dead/no adding projections date is the Tuesday before opening. (May 10)
Discussed type of fabric for frames 60 in wide black muslin preferably
Discussed putting mylar in some frames for mirror effect
Need the image of the tables so can be built soon.
Jessie will pull stools for rehearsal, but want the actual tables by load in.
Steve wants them to flow in the design of the stairs and also pic frames. Preferably rectangular/square.
Still need to discuss taking out stage floor
Steve and Ron will be there for Lead in, John Argersinger is lead for load in on Monday.
Talked about welders doing railing
Need confirmation, does it need to look like a rail or can we use pipe, to match the spirals and space it out so that people can fit through, hang on etc.

Lamp shade colors red/orange warm tones
Should buy another e-hookah? Let's wait to see how many cartridges are used by DRS, and Cliff and Sally can share.
Mary Ellen getting card for Tamar on Thursday, Jessie getting tax exempt cards for her.
Jessie had to move meeting to green room to set up for rehearsal.
